About Acts435
As a church we work with Acts
435, a Christian giving charity with a 'crowdfunding' website that was set up by the former Archbishop of York, John Sentamu.
Acts 435 allows people to give money to meet a specific advertised need of someone in hardship, and 100% of what is donated goes directly to those in need. Giving via Acts 435 is anonymous, so no one in the church will know who has supported any specific need. Should you be interested, you can find out more about Acts 435
here
.
If you would like to be notified when we as a church are seeking to help someone in need in this way (usually a South Room visitor but not exclusively), please advise David Nancarrow via email

or by texting

) and he will add you to an email distribution list or notify you by your preferred method. Requests come irregularly so do not be surprised if you do not receive a request for a number of weeks or even months. You won't get to see the name of the person we want to help but the need will be explained.
Thank you for considering this. We recognise this is one of a number of ways that people can and do support those in specific need. We are deeply thankful for the generosity of God’s people at Christ Church St Andrews and know that many support our work in many different ways.
